To piggyback off the above, I have seen other business owners starting to include free gifts with every order. Some examples are hair scrunchies, a bracelet, stickers or some have even offered products of their own for free depending on the amount total paid by the customer. These don’t usually get announced and it is a surprise for customers. 

You can also create a memorable customer experience that will make customers want to come back. Focus on providing excellent customer service and a top-notch product or service. This can make a huge difference in how customers perceive your business and will encourage them to return. You may even cause a ripple effect where they’ll express the amazing customer service with others they have on social media or to their peers in person which brings new customers in as well!

Finally, don’t be afraid to get creative with your marketing and advertising efforts. You can use social media to reach out to potential customers, create email campaigns to keep in touch with existing customers, or even host special events. These strategies will help create a buzz around your business and draw in more customers.
